2024 Convention Awards
The 2024 Affordable Housing Management Convention is scheduled for April 23-24 at the Seattle Convention Center.
One of the highlights of the convention is the Tuesday Awards Luncheon where the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) honors the achievements and contributions of affordable housing professionals.
Deadline is February 15, 2024!!
Nominations are now open!
Now is your chance to nominate a person for an award. This can be a Site Manager, a Portfolio Manager, Maintenance staff, a member of your company Administrative staff, an Owner - anyone in our industry who you feel deserves recognition.

The deadline for nominations is Thursday, February 15, 2024.
The Awards Committee will review and evaluate all documentation submitted with the nomination form in relation to the qualifications and nomination criteria.
